Gotta love the big Sunbeam headlamp. If this is indeed KC, then the photo was most likely taken at Coburg Yard, which was on KC’s east side. The Frisco maintained a yard and engine facilities at Coburg. The 518 was retired during December 1930. Two locomotives, 516 and 518, in this class, 516-520, received larger cylinders and piston valves.
