One of the ex-troop sleeper cars converted to express-mail storage cars.

I think either the date is wrong, or this car was off the roster.
453 was the passenger car number, and should have been renumbered as an MOW car by 1976.
It also looks like there is a second ex-troop sleeper next to this one, judging by the end details on the car to the left.

Smithville was/is served by the Mississippian railroad, a short line running north out of Amory.
