   Looks more like Claremore, OK to me, even in 1980, Union Depot would be visible in the background.

   I agree that this is Claremore. The MOP/UP track is seen running behind the CTC house on the right and under the train on the left. The track on the left was the connection track to the MOP on the north side of the Frisco and the west side of the MOP.
