This looks to be taken during the “reconstruction” of the Ft. Smith roundhouse; I’m not sure of the date, but the inspection pits are readily apparent along with the back wall of the roundhouse.
Also interesting is an elevated tank containing what I would presume to be fuel oil, with the “Frisco Lines” coonskin emblazoned on it.
