This was a standard trademark consist of the Frisco in the 1967-1974 timeframe. The still relatively new F9B’s provided effective starting tractive effort and more rapid acceleration at low speeds to the SD45 consist.

Appears to be eastbound, just west of old Eastern Jct. In the foreground, the 43 track joins the track coming off the main, and it’s headed south toward Pacific St and Pine St junctions.
