Looking forlorn with a capped stack and, presumably, an appointment with the scrapper’s torch in the not-to-distant future, since #16 was not one of those reincarnated into either a 4300 or 4400-class Mountain.
I’m guessing the locomotive behind which also appears to have a capped stack is another 2-10-2 awaiting either its demise or its repurposing.
