I’m pretty sure that is KCS GP30 4104 coupled up to 620.

Just to follow up to my own reply…
There’s a picture on RRPictureArchives.net that shows a train reported to be a joint Frisco/KCS local, with 4104 in the lashup (see: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=4131020 )
So there’s evidence of 4104 being coupled to Frisco GP7s on at least two occasions.
Does anyone know what kind of formal agreement Frisco and KCS had here?
