Just south of St. Louis Union Station; the “new” Tower 1 is in the middle left of the photo. The Pacific also is sans-doric striping, so I’d wager that this is definitely post-war, post-receivership.
Also, note the two Frisco stock cars to the right of the TRRA caboose, and what would appear to be a USRA Double-Sheathed boxcar to the left of the caboose. When zoomed in, it looks like the wood sheathing is still present. I can’t make out the entire number, so it’s hard to say with certainty if it’s a rebuild or not.
