This “might” be an Arthur Johnson photo of a work extra approaching Nichols Junction (Near Springfield), the site of a 1948 wreck. I have (Or used to have, I can’t locate it at the moment) a very similar photo, likely taken at the same time. It was a bad wreck that required a lot of cleanup and that probably explains the bunk/camp cars in the consist.
