This is the Mechanical Department’s diesel locomotive service tracks facility at Tennessee Yard. The subject locomotive is sitting on the north end of Service Track 5.
To its rear it is coupled to and in consist with SD45 939 and SD45 942. An additional view in the Frisco Archive on this date of these locomotives is available here.
