AT&N RS-1 101 is just east of the Springfield, Missouri diesel shop. The Springfield stockyards can be seen in the background. The unit may have been in service on the Clinton Sub or the Current River Branch.

The track on the fill in front of the stock yard was the original alignment of the Frisco’s mainline through this area.

S-2 292 was a cabless booster. It was converted during 1958 because of a yard collision, received a MU connection, and was paired with a SW-9. The consist was used as a hump engine and retired during 1966.
