Ken might be able to clarify, but I think this is just north of Chaffee near the SSW crossing at Rockview, MO (Mile 141.8) where Scott County Road 209 crosses the St. Louis Sub, just off of State Route M.
The train appears to be heading north, with the SSW crossing just ahead. An overpass for Route M now bridges the ex-SLSF/SSW diamond. This is the infamous overpass where an eastbound UP smashed through a BNSF freight that had already occupied the crossing, taking the bridge out in the process.
