The 1st and 4th units look like they never had steam generators.
The 2nd and 3rd units have steam generators that are still intact.
All 4 units have the exhaust stack extensions, which I believe were applied in the early 1960s.
After blowing up the image, My guess on the road numbers is:
519 611 601 585
611 and 601 had steam generators as built, 519 and 585 did not.
