A really nice picture of a 1500! Does anyone know when the Volatone (sp?) air horns were discontinued? Karl? Don’t Worry?

The location is St. Louis near Vandeventer and Tower Grove Ave. The building in the background is Woodward & Tiernan Printing (see http://preservationresearch.com/projects/woodward-tiernan-printing-company-building/). I’m not sure what train it is, but it would appear to be heading into St. Louis Union Station.
