Maybe the “KC-Florida Special” or “The Southland” somewhere in Johnson County, KS?
In any event, the train consist is head-end cars as far as the eye and camera can see.
Based on 2021’s livery, this is a post Sept 1965 photograph. The light-weight Baggage-RPO inclines me to believe that this is The Oklahoman…
