Note the photo of 2-10-2 #23 at Yale on “page 18” (in the PDF reader) and 2-8-2 #4145 on page 21.
Additionally, on “Page 42,” there is a brief article on the impending modernization of two eight-wheeler “tea kettles” at the West Shops, to see if small, modernized steam power could utilized more successfully and cost-effectively than motor cars. I believe this generally refers to 4-4-0 Nos. 182-187.
