Pretty sure this is Lindenwood.
Definitely Lindenwood; the EA-7’s were reconfigured during May 1950, the 5044 arrived during Dec 1950, and the Lindenwood coal tower was razed during July-August 1953 which narrows the photograph date just a bit.
…and the 556 arrived May 1951.
I’d say that the photo date is sometime after the FP-7’s were delivered (obviously) and before ca. 1952 when the F-units (Like the F-3 in the photo) were fitted with the multi-chime air horns.

Gp7 #556 is a first photo I have seen that has dual air horns on cab roof!
