This photo is from Kansas City, not Parsons. There is nowhere adjacent to the Frisco tracks in Parsons that had a hill that tall. There have been other photos posted from Kansas City which show the same hill and power lines. I am extremely interested in seeing any Frisco photos taken in Parsons, but sadly, this is not one.
