U25B 801 at Sapulpa, Oklahoma (date unknown).
The train is leaving the double-track between Oma and Sapulpa heading south on the Creek Subdivision. The Oklahoma Subdivision can also be seen signaled with the semaphore signal.
The train is probably #37 which left Tulsa in the morning. The hostler should have been hung out to dry for placing the 801 in the lead followed by two SD45s. The U25B was the absolute worst lead unit followed by the best Frisco lead units until the SD40s, GP40s, and GP50s were purchased.
Special thanks to Terry Jankowski.
