That’s actually Atmore Alabama rather than Oklahoma.

Tom is correct. This is 207 at Atmore, AL.
Whipple was one of a fifty cars built for the PRR during October-November 1910: Plan 2410, Lot 3814; 12 sections, 1 drawing room. It was scrapped during July 1960.
