This photograph is featured in the December 1979 issue of “Prototype Modeler” and is credited to A.W. Mcbride. The magazine has an awesome 18 page article on modeling the Frisco NW2 switchers in all the paint schemes using a Varney die cast diesel switcher shell and an Athearn chassis. My dad bought me this magazine in Tulsa at a Hobby shop at the time of press and I still have it today. Great stuff !
