Caboose 11612 (Frisco 1284)
Caboose 11612 (Frisco 1284) at Aurora, Illinois on February 25, 1987 (D.R. Halfield).
This was the last caboose retired wearing Frisco colors, having been retired in September 1991. It was also the last one retired wearing the mandarin and white paint scheme. Burlington Northern didn’t paint it green until it was donated to the City of Saginaw, Texas (were it currently resides).
