Note that one of these slides was labelled as being in Springfield, Missouri but it appears that Tulsa, Oklahoma in the correct location unless evidence exists to the contrary.

Tulsa is correct. The engine is sitting on the DX refinery lead off the AV main which is the track seen to the right of the front step. The other track to the left of the rear step is the new storage track to the right of the AV main.
