Is someone on this forum bidding on this e-bay item? http://www.ebay.com/itm/371200800002?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT If so, let me know - I will not bid against you. If you win it, I expect it to be scanned and posted as I would.
No, but I will pledge you $15 towards your bid for the sake of having it posted on this forum. That way we will all have it in a way.
The same seller is offering quite a number of other interesting items including a 1934 Frisco Instruction Manual for dining car chefs waiters and stewards. There is also a 1950s "sketch" map of Frisco Springfield lines and a piece of faux frosted stemware with a coonskin on it. There are employee timetables, public timetables and reports, as well as diner and lounge car menus. Prices seem a bit high.
The Frisco Archive is bidding. Well, I should say that I am bidding as the Frisco Archive has about $20 in the bank. There was another one that went for $100 the other day that I lost out on, but I was bidding to get it on the Frisco Archive. This kind of stuff is gold for the Frisco Archive and I seek anything similar as you can see from prior postings. Charlie
Did you see the other one that went for $100 a few days ago? I guess I already deleted it from my watchlist or I would post the URL. It was a similar booklet. Charlie
Thanks for the donation(s) received on this guys. Any further received will be used as indicated. Charlie
Some annual reports that we do not have just came on too. Some of them I have, but others we need. I would like to get a very comprehensive collection of annual reports online. Charlie
