The Southwest Branch of The Atlantic & Pacific Railroad, aka Frisco came to town in 1870. The town was named after Marshfield, Massachusetts. The Frisco depot that we see in the photographs was constructed in 1886. Photo 1) We see the Frisco depot in Marshfield, Missouri around the timeframe 1915.
