Nice image, depot survives today and is in excellent condition, The Polar Express train operated out of the Bristow depot for several weeks last December.
That image brings back lots of memories! The Frisco had 20 MPH speed restriction until engine through limits. The photographer is looking TT direction east when he/she took the photo. About three blocks east of the depot the speed restriction ended. By the time the lead engine got by the depot the engineer usually had the engines notched out to run eight! In the middle of the night it was quite a show. Using the whistle capped it off.
